� o� <br /> 0 0 <br /> � ��� CITY of ORONO <br /> � . <br /> � � <br /> ,� - <br /> �'',� ' ���;/` , G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> L`9kESH�4� N0. � �3 � �. <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> GRANTING A VARIANCE TO <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 78-350 <br /> FILE NO. 10-3482 <br /> WHEREAS, Matthew Briggs and Alissa Briggs, husband and wife (hereinafter <br /> "the applicants") are the owners of the property located at 1985 Fagerness Point Road within the <br /> City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Attached as Exhibit A, (hereinafter the "property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-350 (B) to allow redevelopment on a lot <br /> 0.39 acre in area where 0.5 acre is normally required and 75' in width where 100' is normally <br /> required; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the Orono, Minnesota, City Code, the Orono Planning Commission held <br /> a public hearing on August 16, 2010 at which times all persons desiring to be heard concerning <br /> this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File 10-3482. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1C One Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br /> District which requires a minimum lot area of 0.5 acre and a minimum lot width <br /> of 100'. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing held on <br /> August 16, 2010 and recommended approval of variance based on the following <br /> findings: <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
