A representative from the Trinity Lutheran Church requested the speed <br /> - limit be lowered on County Road 6. The ordinance approving certain recreational activities was <br /> approved. The Fox Street sewer expansion was not approved by the Metropolitan Council due to the <br /> impact on the City's density. <br /> Gaffron stated the Metropolitan Council is requesting the City have an overall density of three units per <br /> acre. <br /> 6. OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br /> Kempf noted the trail from Navarre to County Road 19 has been paved. Kempf asked what the status of <br /> the trail is from Shorewood to Dakota Rail. <br /> Gaffron sta.ted the City Council has appointed three citizens to the trail advisory committee and that a <br /> specific date has not yet been set for its first meeting. Gaffron stated the intent is that over the next five <br /> months the committee will be meeting and a study will be completed on how feasible it is to construct a <br /> � trail from Shorewood to Dakota Rail and what the costs associated with the project will be. � <br /> The Planning Commission briefly discussed the amount of hardcover that is requested at times in � <br /> applications. Berg commented the City has been very consistent for a number of years and has routinely • � - <br /> not granted variances on structural coverage. <br /> 7.
