Mattick stated the resolution would provide the City some documentation of the discussion <br />with the Municipal State Aid Screening Board. <br />Bremer noted the resolution basically states the procedure the City has followed in the past. <br />Kellogg noted in January the City would be asked to certify the mileage. <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5711, a Resolution <br />Designating Privately Maintained Roads as City Streets, with a cover letter explaining the City's <br />position, being submitted, along with the resolution, to the Municipal State Aid Screening Board. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />33a. TRAIL PLANNING GRANT <br />Bremer moved, McMillan seconded, to direct Staff to draft a resolution in support of submitting a <br />funding application to Hennepin County to help offset the costs of trail improvements along <br />County Road 19.
