Kempf reported that Council Member <br /> Rahn lost one of his dogs to a pair of coyotes. <br /> Kempf reported on the February 25`�'Council meeting. Kempf noted the Big Island application was on <br /> the agenda and that the Council pointed out that the.action of the Planning Commission to limit the <br /> _ number of docks was really not within their purview and is actually regulated by the LMCD.
