Murphy asked what color the decks would be. <br />Langhans stated it is natural cedar and would be stained. <br />White recommended the accent lighting on the exterior of the structure be limited. <br />Champlin stated he would be agreeable to limiting the exterior lighting. <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to direct Staff to draft a resolution approving lakeshore <br />setback and hardcover variances to construct an addition to the rear of the existing seasonal <br />dwelling as well as add a second story, subject to the recommendations of Staff outlined in the <br />November 26, 2007 Planner's Report. <br />McMillan asked what the wetland buffer would be. <br />Turner stated Staff would look at what is the most appropriate for this site and what currently exists. <br />VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0, Bremer Abstained. <br />*7. #07 -3333, JOHN VOGSTROM WITH VOGUE, I.C.F.
