VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />TERRANCE HOMES, LLC, ON BEHALF OF <br />XY PALM OF LGL REAL ESTATE <br />ZENT PLAN APPROVAL/REZONING <br />WITHIN RIGHT -OF -WAY OF TH12 <br />Mitch Cook of Central Bank were present. <br />Turner stated Staff had anticipated that the letters of credit would be on file and the fees paid prior to the <br />Council meeting, which have not occurred.
