Lightly (hereinafter "the : <br /> applicant" ) is the owner of the property located at 3585 <br /> Frederick Street within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") - <br /> and legally described as Lot 5, Block 1, Tillson's Villa Carman, <br /> according to the recorded plat thereof,. The property is located .in the LR-1C Single Family <br /> Lakeshore Residential Zoning District requiring 1/2 acre or <br /> 21,780 square feet.
