• <br />MINUTES OF TEE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, September 24, 2007 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />(7. #07 -3303 KLINGELHUTZ <br />ROAD, Continued) <br />CO., 2525, 2535, AND 2545 SHAD YWOOD <br />Schneider stated they have done significant traffic 'studies for this type of clientele and development, and <br />that they have found due to the small size of the project, it would not generate a great deal of traffic and <br />that the tenants and clientele would arrive and leave at various times of the day. Schneider indicated they <br />are sensitive to the trees and are willing to do a significant amount of landscaping to help buffer the area. <br />Schneider noted since this is office space, the space would essentially be empty in the evenings and on the <br />weekends. Schneider stated he is willing to work yvith the City Attorney on stipulations for the <br />development. <br />Murphy stated in terms of the appearance of the buildings, they are attractive and appealing.
