This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1464. <br /> 2. The property is located . in the LR-1B Single Family <br /> Rural Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application <br /> on October 16 , 1989 , and recommended approval of the <br /> proposed variances based upon the fol lowing findings: <br /> A) The average lakeshore setback variance is necessary <br /> because the residence structure to the immediate north <br /> of this property is located approximately 250' from the <br /> shoreline, with the frontage on an inlet channel but <br /> � no existing views of the main lake.
