� �t . ., ' <br /> Cit� o� ORONO , . � <br /> • � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • NO. 2701 <br /> . • ' • • <br /> A R$SOLOTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> LOMA VALLEY <br /> ' FIL$ NO. 1372 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br /> adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br /> safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the <br /> application for a subdivision of a two lot plat by Donald R. <br /> Kempf, the subdivider; and <br /> WH$R$AS, the subdivision has been found to meet all <br /> standards of the LR-1B zoning district finding that each lot is <br /> of a size and configuration that will allow its use as a single <br /> family residence to be fully developed without the need of any <br /> • variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all requirements of Resolution #2590. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of Drainage and Utility <br /> Easements. <br /> 3. Dedication on the plat of rights-of-way for a public <br /> road shown as Loma Lincla Avenize. <br /> 4. Dedication to the City of a drainage easement providing <br /> for limitations on the use of drainageways described therein <br /> and shown on the plat as drainage easements. <br /> 5. Removal of an accessory structure on Lot 2, Block 1 as <br /> directed by the Council at preliminary approval. <br /> 6. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br /> amount of $4 0 0.0 0. <br /> 7. Payment to the City f or the 1 ega 1 review and f i 1 ing of <br /> the plat easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br /> , . Page 1 of 2 <br />
