MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, August 27, 2007 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />(CITYATTORNEY'S REPORT, Continued) <br />Mattick stated to his understanding the property owner has relocated the boats and other items out of the <br />setback area but that the general overall appearance of the property remains basically the same. <br />Murphy suggested a meeting be held with the neighbors to update them on the property. <br />Mayor White commented that the Hennepin County Attorney is working with a number of cities <br />regarding enforcing livability laws to deal with property owners that are generally a nuisance to their <br />surrounding neighbors. White recommended that the City of Orono meet with the County Attorney. <br />*13. LICENSES & PERMITS <br />None <br />*14.
