A deck has been added were no structures or hardcover is allowed. Grading has <br /> occurred within the 75' of the lake where no grading is allowed. <br /> This letter is to require you to remove the shed and deck from the property and restore the grade <br /> to the original elevations. A deadline of August 5, 2002 has been established for compliance. If <br /> this deadline is not met the City will forward the matter to the City Attorney for legal action.
