MANLEY and JANET L. MANLEY, LAND TITLE SUMMONS <br /> husband and wife as joint tenants <br /> to register the title to the following described real estate situated in Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br /> namely: <br /> Lot 7, Fagerness; and the accretions to said lot lying northeasterly of the <br /> southwesterly line of Lot 7 extended to the shore of Lake Minnetonka; lying <br /> southwesterly of a line drawn parallel with and 77 feet southwesterly of Line A <br /> described below; and lying southeasterly of a line that is parallel with and distant <br /> 40 feet southeasterly from the northwesterly line of Fagerness Point Road, shown <br /> on the plat of Fagerness as Under the Linden Ave. <br /> Line A: Commencing at the most southerly corner of Lot 9, Fagerness; <br /> thence on an assumed bearing of South 44 Degrees 48 minutes East <br /> (assuming the southeasterly line of said Lot 9 has a bearing of North 45 <br /> degrees 13 minutes East) to the shoreline of Lake Minnetonka, and said <br /> line there terminating. <br /> Applicant(s), <br /> vs. <br /> Ohio Savings Bank; Gary L. Eklof; Cathy F. Lee; City of Orono; State of Minnesota; <br /> also all heirs and devisees of any of the above-named persons who are deceased; and all other <br /> persons or parties unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the real estate <br /> described in the application or any amendments to the application made in this matter, <br /> Defendants. <br /> THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS: <br /> You are hereby summoned and required to answer the application of the applicant(s) in the <br /> above-entitled proceeding and to file your answer to the said application in the office of the clerk <br /> of this court, in this county, within 20 days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of <br /> the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the application within the time aforesaid, the <br /> applicant(s) in this proceeding will apply to the court for the relief demanded therein. <br />
