The gravel parking area shall <br /> be no closer than 5' from the northerly and southerly lot lines. <br /> c) The shed next to the lake shall be removed from the property by June 1, 2003. <br /> Failure to remove the shed shall constitute a violation of this approval. <br /> 4. Authorities granted by this variance and CUP run with the property not with the <br /> - applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a land alteration <br /> permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will expire on <br /> tnat date �I�larcn 1 U, LUU�). <br /> 5. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution <br /> sl�all constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any <br /> authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 6.
