The property is 0.24 acres in area and is located in the LR-1C Single Family <br /> Lakesllore Residential Zonin� District. <br /> 3. The Orono Plannin� Commission reviewed this application on December 9, 2002 <br /> and again on January 22, 2003 pursuant to referral by the City Council. On <br /> January 22, 2003 the Planning Commission on a vote of 6-1 recommended <br /> approval of a hardcover variance to allow hardcover in the westerly 0-75' zone <br /> of the property in the amount of 1,539.6 s.f. per revised Option 1 of the <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
