LIQUIDATION FORFEITED VEHICLE • <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the sale of a 1992 Lexus SC 300 through the <br />Minneapolis Auto Auction. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*11. HIRING OF PART -TIME COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER (CSO) <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the hiring of Nathan Swing at an entry level pay <br />rate of $12.00 per hour for the Part -time CSO position. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />City Attorney Mattick reported that Building Inspector Lyle Oman did visit the Hollander residence and <br />that substantial work has been done to the residence. Mattick stated Staff would be bringing this matter to <br />the City Council at a work session prior to a certificate of occupancy being issued so a review of the work <br />can be completed to ensure that the residence and property are in compliance with the court order and the <br />City's ordinances. <br />*12.
