<br /> It is unlawfi.il ta park or store any un3icensed, unregistered or inoperable motor vehicle lacking
<br /> essentia!parts, househald furnishings or appliances, or parts or components thereof, on any property,
<br /> public or private, unless housed within a �awfully erected building. Any violation of this Section
<br /> is declared to be a nuisance and upon seven days written notice to the owner, as shown by the
<br /> records in the office af the County Auditor, of private premises on which such material is found, the
<br /> City may remove the same and certify the cost of such removal as any other special assessment.
<br /> For the purpose of this Section, an inoperable motor vehicle shall be defined as lackin�, including

<br /> battery, or having two or more flat tires, or ha�ring the interior, including the driver's position, used
<br /> for storage in such a manner that no person can operate the vehicle.
