During one of those boating <br /> Minnetonka 9 <br /> Steve Johnson seasons, your location was identified as one that may have had more restricted watercraft stored at <br /> Mound your site than what was allowed within your dock use area. In follow-up to that inspection, a letter <br /> Dennis Klohs was submitted to ou with the intent to rovide relevant and current educational information to allow <br /> Minnetonka Beach y p <br /> e�u oiso� you to assess whether the watercraft docked or moored at the subject site was out of compliance, <br /> v�cto��a and, if so, to take the steps necessary to voluntarily bring the storage of watercraft into compliance <br /> Kelsey Page with the LMCD Ordinances; with re-inspections planned for the following boating season and <br /> Greenwood <br /> Herb Suerth beyond. Based on mv re-inspection and documentation received boat storaqe at the subiect site <br /> Woodland continues to be considered out of compliance dunnq the 2009 boatinp season <br /> Dick Woodruff <br /> Shorewood <br /> To assess how many restricted watercraft your site can store, the foflowing information is enclosed: <br /> • A document outlining frequently asked questions relating to boat storage. <br /> • An excerpt from LMCD Code Section 2.02, which is also found in its entirety <br /> on the LMCD web site at http://www.lmcd orq/paqes/Chapter2 htm. <br /> � An educational flyer to help you define your dock use area. <br /> Re-inspection of your site is planned in 2010 and beyond. Since you have not brought your <br /> site into voluntary compliance with LMCD Code, any further violations, or non- <br /> communicaiion documenting otherwise, will require me to turn this matter over to the LMCD <br /> prosecuting attorney.
