Due to the extreme time lapse, a nearly <br /> complete turnover in personnel of the Planning Commission and City Council, and a number of <br /> new regulations adopted in the interim which may affect the properties, it will be necessary to <br /> make completely new applications. <br /> Two application blanks are attached for your use. Please note the following: <br /> 1. A new property owners list will be required. <br /> 2. John Blumentritt had provided conceptual sketches for homes which might be <br /> developed on these properties. Please conf�irm whether these sketches are still <br /> part of your proposal. <br /> 3.
