Murphy stated he would be supportive of that type of arrangement. <br />Bremer stated she does not see the hardship for the average lakeshore setback. <br />Gaffron pointed out there is one odd lot in this neighborhood that is driving the average lakeshore <br />setback. Gaffron stated the neighbor's views would probably be improved with the house being <br />relocated. <br />a <br />Murphy stated in his view the City is gaining a lot with the removal of the pool and other hardcover that <br />he would not be opposed to a variance to the average lakeshore setback. <br />McMillan inquired whether the applicant would like the application tabled to allow him to revise his <br />plans. <br />Leintz stated he would. <br />Curtis inquired whether the same house would be proposed in a different location. <br />Leintz stated it likely. would be since the owners have already incurred approximately $18,000 in • <br />architectural fees. <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to table Application #07 -3254, Metro Building, 940 North <br />Arm Drive. <br />Brokl recommended the application be referred back to the Planning Commission. <br />Murphy withdrew his motion. <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to refer Application #07 -3254, Metro Building, 940 North <br />Arm Drive, to the Planning Commission.
