Applicant: Minnetonka Custom Honaes, Inc. <br />Event: 2007 Spring Parade of Homes <br />Location: 3565 Frederick Street <br />Date: February 10 —March 18, 2007 <br />Time: Noon — 6:00 p.m., Thursdays — Sundays <br />Janet Malik, 2469 Carmen Street, addressed the City Council regarding the concerns she has with the <br />conduct of Minnetonka Custom Homes during thel construction of the home located at 3565 Frederick <br />Street. Malik stated construction vehicles have repeatedly driven over their lawn, tearing up the grass and <br />topsoil and running over items on their yard. When they attempted to mark the edges of their property, <br />construction crew members pulled out the stakes and tossed them back into their yard and then continued <br />to drive on both the stakes and the lawn. <br />Malik indicated they did attempt to speak with a i <br />vague assurances that they would be reimbursed i <br />the attitude of the builder and that they were told <br />constructing the house.
