We require additional information to be submitted in order for our review to continue. <br /> In 2010 a permit was issued for an expansion of the kitchen and at that time the permitee and property owner <br /> were notified that further expansion projects on the property would require submittal of an updated survey. <br /> Please see the attached permit detail as well and the most current survey the City has on file for the property. <br /> The property is located in the shoreland overlay district and hardcover restrictions apply. I have included a map <br /> to illustrate that there may be a Manage 1 wetland on your property. Hardcover regulations can be found under <br /> City Code Section 78-1288 and the wetland regulations begin at City Code section 78-1601.
