r� <br />U <br />ROLL CALL <br />ORONO CITY C <br />Monday, Nc <br />7:00 o <br />OF THE <br />FNCIL MEETING <br />zber 24, 2008 <br />ck p.m. <br />The Orono City Council met on the above - mentioned date with the following members present: <br />Mayor James White, Council Members James Murphy, Lili McMillan, Cynthia Bremer, and David <br />Rahn, Representing Staff were City Administrator William Wells, Finance Director Ron Olson, <br />Assistant City Administrator for Long -Term Strafegy Mike Gaffron, Planner Evelyn Turner, City <br />Engineer Tom Kellogg, and Recorder Jackie Young. <br />Mayor White called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.,. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance <br />it <br />CONSENT AGENDA. <br />Item Nos. '4, 6, 8, and 9 were added to the <br />Murphy moved, Rahn seconded, to approve <br />Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Agenda. <br />Consent Agenda as amended. VOTE: Ayes 5, <br />*2. REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING OF NOVEMBER 10, 2008 <br />Murphy moved, Rahn seconded, to approve the minutes of the November 10, 2008, Orono City <br />Council meeting as submitted. VOTE: Ayes i, Nays 0. <br />*3. CANVASSING BOARD MEETING OF NOVEMBER 10, 2008 <br />Murphy moved, Rahn seconded, to approve the minutes of the November 10, 2008, Orono <br />Canvassing Board meeting as submitted.
