For the purpose of this Section, the followin� terms <br /> have the meanings given them: <br /> A. "Boat Slip, Water" means a structure, space, dock or other thing <br /> designed or used for the docking, moorir.g or storing of a boat temporarily or permanently in <br /> or on water9 including mooring posts, buoys or other devices. <br /> B.
