Business Use License Standards. Each business shall rovide certification of <br /> liabilitv insurance coveraae for the duration of the license eriod. <br /> B, The rimarv business o erator on the ro ertv shall be the <br /> licenseholder and shall be res onsible for notif in the Citv of anv and all businesses subleased <br /> on the remises. Such secondarv businesses shall not be se aratel licensed but shall be allowed <br /> onlv when in conformance with the rovisions of the B-2 zonina district standards. <br /> C. O era[ion Standards. Retail sales and service shall be limited to the hours 7:00 <br /> a.m. to 10:00 .m. exce t as necessarv to accommodate normal fishinQ activitv or rivate use <br /> of premises stored boats. <br /> 4. The site shall be ke t neat and orderlv, and free of aarbaQe. <br /> j. On land stora�e of boats shall be manaaed so as to eliminate <br /> anv view obstructions for traffic enterina and IeavinQ the site. <br /> 6. ParkinQ and on-land stora¢e of boats. trailers materials and <br /> e ui ment shall be limited to those locations shown on an a roved site o era�ion lan. which <br /> lan shall be submitted or u dated as art of the annual license a lication.
