CARPET REPLACEMENT FOR PUBLIC WORKS Murphy moved, Rahn seconded, to approve the purchase of vinyl flooring and carpet replacement for Public Works per the proposal submitted by Hiller's Flooring America dated April 24, 2008, in an amount not to exceed $15,450.70, and to amend the Improvement/Equipment Capital Outlay Fund budget to reflect_this expenditure.
