David Dalvey, 1270 Wildhurst Trail, PID #07- 117 -23 310015 <br />Dalvey stated he has had owned three different houses in Orono over the past 13 years and that he <br />purchased his recent house in 2005. In three years his taxes have gone up 46 percent. Dalvey stated <br />the base of the house has doubled even though there have been no improvements made to the house. <br />Dalvey commented the methodology by which properties are appraised should be reviewed and <br />revised given the large window of time between the current state of the market and sales that occurred <br />earlier in 2007. <br />The Orono Board of Appeal directed the <br />and review his information. <br />Dalvey asked whether other cities utilize the <br />pin County Assessor to visit Mr. Dalvey's property <br />White stated the methodology used by the Asse, <br />Legislature.
