MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, March 10, 2008 <br />• 7:00 'clock p.m. <br />• <br />• <br />ROLL <br />The Orono City Council met on the above- ment'oned date with the following members present: <br />Mayor James White, Council Members Jim Murphy, Cynthia Bremer, and David Rahn; City Attorney <br />Soren Mattick. Representing Staff were City Administrator Ron Moorse, Assistant City Administrator <br />for Long -Term Strategy Mike Gaffron, Planning', and Zoning Coordinator Melanie Curtis, Planner <br />Evelyn Turner, City Engineer Tom Kellogg, and' Recorder Jackie Young. <br />Mayor White called the meeting to order at <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Item Nos. 11, 12, and 13 were added to the <br />Bremer moved, Murphy seconded, to <br />4, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*2. RECOGNITION OF RESERVE POLICE OFFICER TED WESTERDAHL — <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5728 1 <br />The Orono City Council acknowledged the outstanding work Officer Ted Westerdahl performed on <br />behalf of the Orono community for the past 32 !ears. <br />Murphy moved, Rahn seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5728, a Resolution Recognizing <br />Reserve Officer Ted Westerdahl for his Thirty -two Years of Dedicated Service to the City of <br />Orono as Reserve Police Officer.
