In addition,the�Planning Commission recommended <br /> � � that the 8' by 8' turnaround apron be put back into the 75'-�250' zone. Gundlach noted the City's � � <br /> code technically requires the turnaround since this properly abuts a county road. <br /> { <br /> Gundlach stated the applicant did submit a revised grading�plan,which meets the majoriTy of the <br /> . City Engineer's comments.
