If the r'�"in garden is part of the"project, the remaining driveway <br /> may need reconstruction to direct runoff to the rain garden. The drainage area directed to the rain <br /> garden in this location would be relatively small and little runoff from the house would reach the <br /> rain garden. <br /> • Another storm water treatment option �ay include creating vegetated swales along the sides of <br /> the house extending to the south. These shallow swales could be planted similar to a rain garden <br /> and provide storm water infiltration.
