All hardcover <br /> scheduled for removal must be ,compl�eted prior to the <br /> issuance of a building permit. Applicants shall arrange <br /> for the necessary site inspection to confirm the required <br /> removal of hardcover. ;I <br /> ; � <br /> 2. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property <br /> not with the applicants, but are pe�rmissive only and must <br /> be exercised by application for a building permit within <br /> one year of the date of Council app'roval, or this <br /> variance will expire on that date (�ctober 14, 1992 ) . <br /> 3.
