Having had the opportunity to visit the site and review the proposed plan, we feel it <br /> would be a fine addition and add value to all of the neighboring properties. The lot is a unique situation, <br /> because the home is isolated on the peninsula, out of view•from the neighbors. It seems that for that reason <br /> alone perhaps it would warrant some special consideration.
