As the landscape <br /> design was being finalized it was decided to increase the.size and depth of the pond to be <br /> able to utilize it as a retention pond and as a settlement pond to filter water to be used for� <br /> � irrigation. The new pond was designed by Lan-De-Con Inc. of EYCelsior, MN(see <br /> • attached plan). <br /> Work on this new pond has already commenced so this application comes after <br /> the fact.
