The residential lot is served by private septic <br /> system and well. The Outlot is proposed to be donated to the MnDNR to allow for the <br /> expansion of the Wolsfeld Woods park roperty. <br /> Staff Recommendation: The proposed subdivision appears to meet the City's ordinance <br /> standards for development in the RR-1B zone.
