A lot width of 67 feet when 140 feet is required. 29 <br /> percent hardcover in the 75 to 250 foot zone when the m�imum is 25 percent.. No structure or building in the LR-1B district shall exceed 2 1/2 stories <br /> and shall not exceed 30 feet in height except as provided in section 78-1366. <br /> (b) Lots. The following minimum requirements shall be observed: <br /> Lot Area- 1 acre, Lot Width— 100 feet <br /> 78-1288 Hard cover limitations. <br /> (b) Between 75 feet and 250 feet of the OHWL, there shall be no greater than 25 <br /> percent haxd cover. Between 250 feet and 500 feet of the OHWL there shall be no <br /> breater than 30 percent hardcover.
