This needs to be revised. <br /> � The current plans do not provide enough detail for us to be comfortable with the drainage patterns <br /> at the garage entrance. The applicant needs to provide information showing how water draining <br /> down the driveway is directed away from the garage, This could be done by identifying a low <br /> point in the driveway, revising the contours, or possibly providing one-foot contours. <br /> • The area to the west of the proposed house will direct runoff onto the neighboring property. This <br /> area should be graded such that all runoff is retained on the subject property. <br /> • The proposed retaining wall is greater than 4 feet in height and will require engineered drawings <br /> for review and approval.
