Late <br /> last year, Morries had the opportunity to acquire the Anderson Cadillac dealership in Golden <br /> Valley, Minnesota. As a condition of that acquisition, Morries agreed to proceed immediately <br /> with extensive renovation of the Anderson dealership facilities. That renovation effort has <br /> made it necessary to delay the proposed addition to the Orono facility until next year. The <br /> management, design, and financial resources available within the Morrie's organization have <br /> necessarily been devoted to the Golden Valley renovation. The commencement of the <br /> ... proposed..sxpansian.af..the_Ocono fa.cility. is.now scheduled.to proceed during the 2008 <br /> calendar year.
