With <br /> the constructioil of a iiew home we are proposing to decrease the hardcover to 33%. Tlie <br /> zoiuiig requuenient is for 25% coverage, we a.re requestiiig tlie variance due to the <br /> llardship caused by the location of the utility easeiizent on the property.
