Also provide one copy 8.5" x 11" or 11" x 17"for reproduction. , ❑ Completed hardcover calculation worksheets (as provided within the variance packet). ❑ Topographic survey — incfuding existing and proposed elevations, and proposed grading and drainage. *For lakeshore properties the contours should be shown extending 50' into the adjacent properties.
