There <br /> will be 10-units (2 in each duplex) on 10 parcels with a common area lot making the <br /> project total 11 lots. <br /> The town-offices are one-1/2 story with a lower level walk-out, and an upper fevel loft. <br /> The tota( area is approximately 33,570 usable s.f. � <br /> � This project was submifted and approved on October 10, 2005. The change from that <br /> approval is the re-grading of the front yard area to accommodate a possible future <br /> frontage road. This was done at the City of Orono's request. <br /> The Developer went before the council for final approval this past October having <br /> submitted all required paperwork.
