REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING <br /> COUNCIL MEETINGS OCTOBER 23 AND NOVEMBER 13,2006 <br /> Kempf reported on the November 13"'Council meeting,noting that the Lake Minnetonka <br /> Communications Corrunission made a presentation to the Council on whether it is feasible to have a <br /> wireless network in the City. Kempf reported that in addition the application on Manor Circle was <br /> approved with a waiver of the fees and the St.Edwards Church application was also approved with a <br /> waiver of the fees. The Council followed the recommendation of the Planning Commission on the <br /> Dunkley application. Kempf reported the ordinance regarding the definition of basements was tabled. <br /> 11. OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br /> None <br /> 12. PLAN1vING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR OCTOBER 16,2006 <br /> Rahn moved,Kroeger seconded,to approve the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of <br /> October 16,2006.
