Nelson indicated the deck is 15' 6". <br /> Chair Kempf opened the public hearing at 8:13 p.m. <br /> There were no public comments regarding this application. <br /> Chair Kempf closed the public hearing at 8:13 p.m. <br /> Rice inquired whether Staff's recommendations have changed given9the revisions to the plan. <br /> Turner stated she would leave it up to the Planning Commission. <br /> . c <br /> Kroeger noted there has been a significant change in the encroachment. <br /> ' Zullo stated in her view the applicant has made some positive changes to the encroachment and that she <br /> would not have a problem approving the application as presently proposed. <br /> Kempf commented in his view there is a fair amount of space available on this lot that could be utilized <br /> to avoid the need for a variance and that it comes down to the design. � <br /> Zullo pointed out that the main reason for the design probably relates to the interior layout of the house. <br /> Kroeger inquired whether there would be a four-car garage. � <br /> Nelson stated that area is for storage and is not for a fourth car. <br /> Zullo stated she is fine with the application given the practicality of where the addition is located. <br /> Zullo inquired whether the neighbor to the rear is present tonight to comment on this project. � <br /> � Kempf noted there were no comments during the public comment period. <br /> Nelson indicated she did send a letter to that neighbor but has not heard from them. <br /> PAGE 17 <br />
