Applicants have now submitted revised plans responding to those commeiits <br /> (Exhibits B & C) - <br /> As of tlus writiiig staff has not had an opportianity to coniplete more �lian a brief review of the <br /> revised plans subinitted November 13. Staff inet with the applicants oii November 8 and <br /> discussed the. stahis of the application, inchiding the Conservation Design requirements. <br /> Although the Conservation Design uiformation has not beeil subinitted, it should be available for <br /> your Jaiittary nieeting. The intent of bringing this application to your Noveinber meeting is to <br /> provide an oppoi-huiity for conunent on the latest revisions, with a goal of allowing for a <br /> recommendation regarding General Concept Plan Approval at you January ineetiiig, by wluch <br /> tiine we expect some formal response by Met Council on the CMP Amendment. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Please review the Augi.ist PC muiutes, the August 17 staff memo and exlubits, aild the revised <br /> plans, and identify aily specific issues, concerns or goals that sliould be addressed prior to the <br /> January meetiug. . <br />
