We <br /> . have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: � - <br /> . • : The site/grading plan shows a low point of 9493 in the driveway to the west of the proposed garage. <br /> This low point should be lowered to allow for a slope of at least 2%from the high point to the north of the <br /> . garage to provide for proper drainage. � <br /> � : • The area to the west of the proposed house will direct runoff onto the neighboring property. This area <br /> ; should be graded such that all runoff is retained on the subject property. � <br /> � . The proposed grading shown on the Right Side Elevation does not match that shown on the grading plan. <br /> �. � • The proposed stairway on the east side of the house can be rota.ted to extend along the side of the house. . <br /> • ' . However, the sta.irway will most likely extend beyond the southern wall of the house. Also, this would <br /> most likely require the removal of the basement door. • � � � <br /> , • If the sta.irway and first-floor door were removed, the azea could be graded as shown on the elevation or , <br /> the grading plan.
