The second perniit is concerning the <br /> reta.ining walls to stabilize tlie bank at tlie rear of the property. <br /> � <br /> �'r' As for t�ie patio as sk�own on th.e bluepx.int, �Zichard�arzan was initialXy <br /> � <br /> Qconsidering a wood deck to help relieve the water run-off frorn the roof. <br /> � Grass refuses to grow in the area directly behind the rear entrances of the <br /> � home. The cost of a wooden deck compared to the paver patio was much <br /> �i more expensive and also would require more maintenance and upkeep <br /> � � � whereas pavers are maintenance free and also provide an excellent means of <br /> drainage: Both the wood deck and pavers bring up the Orono hard cover � <br /> - issue. North Shore Gaxdens is having the hardcover issue recalculated by a . <br /> , �� <br /> o` �� surveyor and with the tear down of the shed which �vas _499 ft. intends to <br /> � _ show that the hardcover will be within the 25% res�rietion. <br /> �Concerning the retaining walls and the shoreline improvement, as one can te11 <br /> from the photographs and the visits to the site, it is extremely unsafe and <br /> unstable. The stairs to the lake are crumbling and are also unsafe and <br /> unstable and must be repaired. �The retaining wa11s and the stairs must be <br /> excavated �rom the top o�the bank to bottom by t�e shoreline.
