We are long-time neighbors and friends of Tom and Becky Lowe, and we are both excited for them and <br /> ' pleased over their pians to rebuild their home next door to us. � <br /> Out of consideration, they have already met with us on two separate occasions to show us their plans,first <br /> in conceptual stage and now in more detailed form with the architectural drawings. We feel the proposed <br /> house is of a reasonabie size and wili fit well into the neighborhood. Also, because of the layout�of the <br /> lots in our subdivision, there will be no significant encroachment into views from our house. <br /> We are very pleased with what they want to do, and we fully support their plans.
