The �pplicant will be expecfied to establish protective covenanis over the <br /> wetland and buffer �s well as dedicate the standard wetland drainage and utility <br /> easements as required in the Wetlands Protection ordiilance. The applicant will �lso be <br /> required to comply with any other forthcoming comments froin fihe City �ngineer. <br />
