Council approval is based on the site plan submitted by the applicants and <br /> aiuiotated by City staff, att�ched to this Resohition as ExhiUit A. Any <br /> �nendmenis to the site plan whicli are not iii cozifonility with City codes will <br /> require further Plauning Cormi7ission and City Council revie�v. <br /> 2, Hardcover iii the 0-75' zone shall not increase above the level of 59% or 4,230 s.f. <br /> (C.S.A.H. 15).
