The proposal consists of a lot line rearrangement between 3940 and 3850 Watertown Road to add <br /> acreage to 3940,followed by a split of the resulting enlarged 3940 into two five acre lots. The new � <br /> vacant northerly lot is proposed to use an existing undeveloped platted 33 feet wide right-of-way for <br /> access. <br /> No fornial action is required by the Planning Conunission at this stage of the application but the Platming <br /> Connnission should provide direction to the a�plicant on the issues outlined in Staff's report. <br /> Butterfield distc•ibuted photographs of the property to the Platuiing Commissioners. <br /> Bremer inquired whether the applicant had anyihing to add to Staff's re�ort. <br /> ButCerfield stated they would like to develop ihese two lofis for sale purposes.
