The main issues with this proposal,I think from the Planning <br /> Commission's perspective(not necessarily engineering-wise), are should there be 3 tiers instead <br /> of two (because what does that look like), should the material be boulders, and what is easier to <br /> screen(two or three tiers)? If we can get past those questions and determine if the plan <br /> proposed is workable, I'd like a letter stating the plan is acceptable with the following details to <br /> be provided prior to issuance of a building permit. Those details to be such things as specific <br /> boulder sizing, standard detail of backing, angle of batter(sp?), etc. <br /> If you have questions please call me at 952-249-4623.
